We know, we know… Merlot wines aren't cool… after it copped a spraying in Hollywood in the noughties, it’s been seemingly unpopular… but among Aussie punters it has remained one of Australia’s favourite red varieties… if it’s been a while between Merlots for you, maybe you should give it a try again.
