A slightly pink sparkling this one. It’s labelled rosé but to us seems much more like a traditional cool climate Chardy Pinot sparkling and a bloody good one at that. A beautiful sparkling made from Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, using the Methode Champenoise. The wine was aged on lees in bottle for 2 years prior to disgorgement.
